SIPPING POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Production & Processing Timelines

Because our signature collections, including custom engraved keepsakes and handcrafted resin artwork, are carefully made to order, processing times vary. Estimated production timelines are displayed on each individual product page and may vary depending on customization requirements and seasonal demand.

 

Secure Packaging & Delivery

Once your piece has passed our quality inspection process, it is securely packaged using premium materials to help ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Your order will then be dispatched to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Mansion Luxe Gifts is not responsible for delays, lost packages, delivery issues, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided during checkout.


International Shipping

We offer shipping to select destinations worldwide. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or destination charges imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available, so you can follow your package's journey.
