REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Mansion Luxe Gifts, we take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that goes into every piece we create. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Due to the customized nature of personalized gifts, engraved products, custom creations, and made to order resin artwork, all personalized and custom orders are final sale.
Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Mansion Luxe Gifts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Documentation Required
Please provide:
• Clear photographs of the item
• Clear photographs of any damage or defects
• Photographs of the exterior shipping box
• Photographs of the interior packaging materials
Resolution Options
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion based on the circumstances of the claim.
Non Personalized Products
Eligible non personalized and ready to ship products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error on our part.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Return Approval
Returns must be approved by Mansion Luxe Gifts before being shipped back.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Mansion Luxe Gifts reserves the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds for products that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
